Squat with Bodyweight
This exercise is one of the easiest and most effective exercises you can do for your legs. It helps build up your thighs and glutes while helping you burn calories and work out your abs. It is simple to do, and you just need your body weight to get the results you want.
To do it, you need to stand at a hip-width position, bend your knees and then push your glutes backward. You do this exercise for 10 to 20 reps of 4 sets. You will sure get incredible results from this awesome exercise.
This exercise can only be done with a leg extension machine. It consists of putting your feet on a sturdy lever while you’re pushing them up with your quads. You just need to sit tight and make sure to work out your legs. You need to do at least 15 reps of 4 sets.
Just as the leg extension, you need a machine to perform this exercise. And it is pretty easy to do as well. It consists of lying on a leg curl machine with you facing down. Then, you will have to push it up towards your lower back and go back down slowly. This exercise works out your thighs and femoral biceps, and you should do at least 15 reps of each set with a total of 4 sets at least.
Want to tone up your calves? The calf raises are your answer. This exercise is surprisingly effective to make your calves get bigger.
To do it, you just need to stand on a stair step and put only your toes on the step. You will let the rest of the feet hang in the air. At this position, you will slowly get your body down until your heels make a 45-degree angle, and then you go back up again until they make the same angle but above step level.
As you see, these exercises for your legs are pretty easy to do, and you will get great results without having to spend a lot of your time. Make sure you do them alongside a cardio routine, your legs will get bigger in no time!
